Please read these terms carefully before using the Parrow application or SMS messaging service.
Last Updated: July 27, 2026By using the Parrow application — including the kiosk visitor entry system, resident portal, and any associated SMS messaging service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Parrow application, including visitors using building kiosks, residents registered in the system, and property management staff.
Program Name: Parrow Application
Parrow, a product of Aegis Integrated Systems, LLC, is a cloud-based visitor and entry management platform for residential and commercial properties. The system allows visitors to check in at a building kiosk, locate and contact a resident, and request building access — guided by an AI-powered assistant.
The Parrow SMS messaging program delivers:
By calling a property's Parrow phone number and replying YES to the opt-in request message you receive, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Parrow on behalf of the property management account associated with that phone number.
Your consent is required before any directory or access link is sent. Calling the property number alone does not constitute consent. A separate opt-in SMS will be sent to your device, and a directory link will only be delivered after you reply YES.
Consent is recorded with a timestamp and retained for legal compliance purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time — see Section 5 below.
Message frequency varies. You will receive 1–2 SMS messages per visit event:
Messages are only sent in response to a visitor-initiated inbound call to the property's published phone number. No recurring, scheduled, or unsolicited messages are sent.
Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan or applicable rates.
You may opt out of Parrow SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with the word:
STOP
to any Parrow message. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. The following keywords all trigger an immediate opt-out:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT
Opt-out is processed at both the carrier level (by Twilio) and the application level (by Parrow), ensuring no further messages are sent regardless of future call activity.

Parrow reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the service for any user who violates these terms.
The Parrow application and SMS messaging service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Parrow does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and network conditions beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parrow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
Parrow's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Parrow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the Parrow application or SMS service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You agree that the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Parrow service, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@parrowentry.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings as permitted above.
